The Wraparound Porch has been added and the trees in front have been removed for a better street view.

Here is the view out of the kitchen window. I am standing where the cooktop will be. Of course the view will be better when some of the tree's have been trimmed back.
One major problem is the standing water in our neighbors back yard after any rainfall (shown here). About 1/3 of his yard is covered and the mosquito's are fierce!
